Ms. Arvis Stubbs started Socks from the Soul to share some holiday love with her surrounding community. After more than 20 years, the movement is only growing - one pair of socks at a time!
Socks from the Soul collects socks, caps, and gloves to help men and women in treatment facilities, homeless communities, and our senior facilities as well.
Tarte’s Toiletries collects lotions, toiletries, razors and other personal hygiene items to help men and women in treatment facilities, homeless communities, and senior facilities.
our beginnings
Arvis Stubbs is the Founder of Socks from the Soul. Since 1998, she has been delivering hope with a smile to the community in the form of socks, gloves, and mittens. Her focus has been on the homeless community and those in recovery but she has been known to do “drive-by blessings” as well, giving gifts to anyone who looks like they needed it.
